Get up and get your barre on with Jess this summer at Fort Williams! This 45 minute class combines your favorite barre toning exercises with bouts of plyometrics or low impact cardio options to get your heart pumping. End with a relaxing stretch infused with your favorite yoga poses.
What you need: water, yoga mat & 2-3lb weights (optional).
What to wear: it's Maine so layer up! Athletic attire works. And no, shoes are not required. Keep an eye on the weather and be prepared with a rain jacket- barre boot camp meets rain or shine!
