Join Elizabeth April as we dig deep to build strength, awareness, and connection with our core. We will move past just the abdominals and discover the deeply rooted, anatomical connection of the abdominals to the pelvic floor, inner thighs, psoas, glutes, and even your postural muscles. Think your entire trunk! We will spend time working through and discussing mat-based barre movements to access these muscle groups and learn why the balance of these areas is so important to the overall health of our pelvis and spine. Class will be done mostly low to the ground and accessible to all bodies, yet we will work deeply, safely, intelligently, and efficiently to create more stability and connection.
