In this two-hour workshop, we will practice Kundalini yoga to lift our spirit! Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. The practice of Kundalini yoga is the journey to your true nature and, in the process, helps you to heal your body, mind, and spirit. Through mantra, we will use sound vibration to connect to our inner teacher and express our unique essence; through kriya (a sequence of postures, breath, and sound), we will prepare our bodies for meditation; through meditation, we will calm our mind. Following our practice, we will heal deeply with sound healing using the gong. All levels, especially beginners, are welcome. We'll enjoy tea and light snacks afterwards! Hope you can join us!
