Kundalini Yoga - 4 Week August Series


Are you curious about Kundalini Yoga? Not sure you want to commit to 8 weeks? 
Try it out, Tuesdays in August!  Or "drop-in" to a class during the month to see how it might fit!

Each class includes all elements of the ancient teachings of yoga: Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra (sound), Mudra (hand positions), and Meditation. These aspects are combined into series of exercises called Kriyas. Some Kriyas are dynamic and energetic, others are slow and meditative.

Register here for Tuesdays in August (August 8, 15, 22, 29). - classes run from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. $60.00 for all 4 classes.
