Every body and any body can benefit from barre’s strengthening movements. You don’t need to be flexible, young, or athletic to benefit. This workshop will take you through the foundations of barre: posture, movement, and alignment. We will work through options that feel good in the body and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in.
This workshop is specifically designed for anyone who feels limited in their mobility. This safe, fun, and body positive class is for students of all ages, shapes, injury status, and ability levels.
No prior experience required.
